The function of converting GIF and PNG into JPEG

Today we have added a new option for converting GIF images to PNG and JPEG. The compression ratio in GIF, and PNG is tangibly higher.
Please note, while converting the GIF and PNG images into JPEG some of them can be displayed with the wrong background. This is because the JPEG format, unlike GIF and PNG, does not support transparent background.
Only the first frames of the animated images are saved.
